Checking In/Out
What is your check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is 3 pm EST and check-out time is 12 noon EST. If you plan to check in late, please inform the hotel as a courtesy but, please do know, that regardless of notification, all rooms will be held until 7am the day following your scheduled check in.
Is there a place for me to store my luggage at the front desk as I will be arriving before my check-in time or checking out earlier than the time I need to leave?
Yes. You can store your luggage at the front desk. Please inquire with the front desk for any other details.

How do I book a reservation?
You can book a reservation and check rates using the form on the right, or call us directly at 1.800.567.7720 (toll free within USA) or call 1.212.790.2710 (international).
Our Reservations Department is open 24 hours a day.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my reservation?
Credit cards and Cash. For credit cards, we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and JCB. Please contact our Reservations Department for more details. Reservations are open 24/7. Please note that we do not charge your credit card until the time of your arrival – the credit card information we take is merely to ensure your reservation.
What are taxes for hotel stay?
Taxes are 14.75% + $3.50 New York occupancy tax per night per room (subject to change without notice) starting August 1, 2009
Are the rates in US dollars?
Yes. All rates quoted for reservations are in US dollars.
What is your policy on cancelling a reservation?
You can cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your arrival day before 3 pm EST. If you do not cancel by this time, you will be charged for one night’s stay. In order to cancel your reservation you can call our Reservations department at 1800.567.7720 or 212.790.2710 or cancel your reservation online. Our Reservations Department is open 24 hours per day.

What amenities do you have in your hotels?

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes. The rooms do have private bathrooms. You can find out about other amenities on our hotel pages.
Are there safes in the rooms?
All hotels have safes at the front desk for you to store items. Some have in-room safes. Please visit the respective hotel page for details.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
Yes. Complimentary Continental breakfast is included in the rate.
Does your hotel have (wireless) Internet access (Wi-Fi, 802.11)?
Yes. All of our hotels have free wireless Internet access in guest rooms and public areas.
What do your rooms look like?
You can view pictures of the hotels and their rooms on the respective hotel pages.
How many people can stay per room?
2 people can stay in a Queen or a King size bed and 4 people in a room with 2 Queen size beds.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
We do have non-smoking rooms in all of our hotels available upon request. The Broadway at Times Square Hotel is a completely smoke-free hotel (smoking is not allowed anywhere).
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. However, please call the respective hotels front desk to check the policy on guide dogs.
How do I get in touch with the hotel front desk or staff?
You can reach the hotel front desk or staff by calling the respective hotel. The hotel's phone number is listed it's respective hotel page.
How can I make special requests for things such as extra bedding or blankets?
You can make special requests by calling the hotel front desk and they can assist you with any possible requests.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Is there parking near the hotels?
There is reduced rate parking at garages near the hotels. In order to receive the reduced rate, you must park at the garage, then present your ticket from the garage to a staff member at the front desk, who will then validate it which will ensure that you get the reduced rate upon leaving the garage. Please check each individual hotel's page for more information about the specific garages that offer a discount. For most up to date rates, please also call the hotel front desks for more information.
What shopping, tourist attractions, theaters, restaurants are near the hotels?

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
JFK:
You can consult this site to get more information on the following options.
1) Taxis:
Yellow cabs are available relatively easily at the Airport. The flat fare from JFK Airport is about $45.00 plus any tolls and tips. Note that the meter should not be turned on and the night surcharge is not be added. You will need to tip the cab driver (normally 10% of the fare).

2) Public transit:
To reach our hotels via public transportation, take the AirTrain from JFK to Jamaica Station ($5 per person)
At Jamaica Station, transfer to the blue E subway train in the direction of World Trade Center ($2.50 per person)

3) Shuttle Services
You also may use Super Shuttle which is between $15-$20 per person and drops you off right at your destination. No reservations are required from the airport to your destination but they are required for your return trip. You may visit their website or call them at 1.800.258.3826 to make a reservation. Do note that on return trips, you may be required to be picked up as early as 4 hours before your departure to allow time for the shuttle to pick up other passengers.
4) Buses
Privately owned New York Airport Service Buses are a popular way to get to and from LaGuardia and JFK airports. They pick up from each airport every half hour and drop passengers at Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street and Park Avenue. Fares are $27 round trip for JFK and $15 for one way. Tickets can be purchased online or at the airport bus stop (found outside every baggage claim) and at the office near Grand Central (on Park Avenue, between 41st and 42nd Street, under the green bridge). The trip takes anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on traffic.
5) Car services:
For car services, please contact the concierge at the hotel at which you are staying. She’ll be happy to assist you and help you with a car reservation.
From LaGuardia:
You can consult this site to get more information on the following options.
1) Taxis:
Yellow cabs are available relatively easily at the Airport. The fare from LaGuardia to any of Apple Core Hotels is usually around $22 but can vary depending on traffic. Please note that this fare does not include bridge tolls. You will need to tip the cab driver (normally 10% of the fare).

2) Public Transportation
If you are going to the Broadway at Times Square Hotel, the Hotel @ Times Square, the La Quinta Manhattan or the nyma: You may take the Q33 Bus to Roosevelt Avenue-Jackson Heights in Queens and then switch to the F train to Manhattan. If you are staying at the Broadway at Times Square Hotel or the Hotel @ Times Square, get off at 47th Street and 6th Avenue. If you are staying at the La Quinta Manhattan or nyma, get off at 34th Street and 6th Avenue.
If you are going to the Ramada Inn: You may take the Q33 Bus to 74th and Broadway stop in Queens and then switch to the 7 train to Manhattan. Transfer to the downtown 6 train at 42nd Street-Grand Central, go one stop, and exit at 33rd Street and Park Avenue.
2) Shuttle Services

from Long Island MacArthur Airport, aka- Islip Airport
1) Bus:
You can take Suffolk County Transit. The S–57 bus departs hourly (except Sundays) from the north side at the west end of Ronkonkoma Station. Airport pick-up is located in front of the baggage claim area. From the Ronkonkoma rail station you can take a westbound train to Penn Station. From Penn Station you can easily take a taxi.

2) Shuttle:
You can also take a cab or Colonial Transportation shuttle from MacArthur Airport to the nearby Ronkonkoma LIRR train station. The shuttle trip between Islip/MacArthur Airport and Ronkonkoma Train Station takes only 8-10 minutes. From there you can take train which comes to Penn station (Manhattan).

from Stewart Airport
1) Bus:
The Shortline Bus provides service from Newburgh to port authority terminal. Contact Shortline (1.800.631.8405 or 845.561.0734) for more information.

You can also take a shuttle which will take you to Beacon rail station. From there you can take Metro north train which directly comes to Grand central Terminal.
